THE PURGE
There was peace once, though by now it is but a distant memory in the minds of those old enough to remember. There was order and cohesion, no violent disease and no wastelands, and nothing to fear. Those infected with the sickness were confined within the walls of camps in the Scorch. There was always a rumor that some people were reacting to the illness and gaining unspeakable power, but in time the rumor grew dull with age. But now a young man obsessed with the protection of his people has gathered all the information he could about these... Changlings. Flanked by the strong and healthy people of the northern lands, he is murdering and taking prisoners left and right, trying to find the ones that changed. He is determined to stamp out the disease that has made people more and less than human. Chaos and uncertainty are abound. The only standing between his army and total genocide are the infected that are willing to fight back. The board is set, the pieces are in play. Whose side will you join?
Welcome to The Purge. We are an original roleplay based very loosely around the world created in James Dashner's series, The Maze Runner. We like to boast friendly staff and a friendly community. We are not a typical good vs. evil or light against dark, but rather one side against the other. Each individual can be as kind or cruel as they see fit, regardless of what side they fight for.
