The Fulsi

Here on the East side of the Capitol, you will find the less aggressive of the two gangs: The Fulsi, who rule rooftops, streets, and even businesses. They are dedicated to the idea of being a family and are loyal to each other. They care for each other, but they are also slow to trust newcomers as they are very tightly knit. Don't let this fool you, though, they know how to fight - well. Their home base is a moderately sized old mansion within the City, a large wrought iron gate closing in the walled in court yard. They have few material comforts, those few things being comfortable beds, a nice and cold wine cellar, and a large courtyard with a massive fire pit. Otherwise, they are content to have each other.
